Man caught trying to cross in car boot
Police bodycam video shows the surprising encounter between a cop and a NSW man squeezed into the boot of a Mitsubishi hatchback trying to cross into Queensland.
The 41-year-old was discovered curled up tight in the boot by a bemused police officer, who laughed and said: “Well hello buddy”.
“Stay where you are,” he said. “Why were you trying to sneak across mate?”
