The Sydney Swans have overcome a 29-point deficit to clinch a famous 14.6 (90) to 12.16 (88) victory over the Geelong Cats at the SCG on Saturday evening.But the round seven match was embroiled in controversy after a contentious umpiring call late in the fourth quarter denied Geelong a potentially matchwinning mark.
