Police officers who witnessed two colleagues allegedly assaulting a man during an arrest have refused to cooperate with the investigation, an Adelaide court has heard. 

Two police officers have been charged with aggravated assault following an investigation by the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC).
