Gold Coast boy hurt by toy to have life support turned off
A six-year-old boy fighting for his life after a mishap with a toy bought from a major theme park will have his life-support turned off.
Doctors at Queensland Children’s Hospital overnight delivered the sad news to the Gold Coast family gathered around Deklan Babington-MacDonald.
Deklan was critically injured on Anzac Day at his Nerang home and taken to ICU at Queensland Children’s Hospital where he has remained on life support.
Family members performed CPR on little Deklan, an only child, before paramedics arrived, according to his aunty…
