NRL star Jack de Belin has told a court a woman who accused him of rape winked and smiled when he proposed a threesome with her.
On Tuesday the Downing Centre District Court heard the footballer’s testimony that he told the woman “I can keep a secret if you can” after she raised the fact he had a girlfriend.
He claims she was “moaning” and enjoying herself while he and friend Callan Sinclair swapped positions having sex with her at North Wollongong unit soon after.
