Australians Michael Roeger, Jaryd Clifford break marathon world records ahead of Tokyo Paralympics
Australian Paralympic athletes Michael Roeger and Jaryd Clifford have broken the world records in their respective classes at the Tokyo Games qualifying marathon in Sydney.

Roeger recorded his fourth consecutive marathon world record in the T46 class with a time of two hours, 18 minutes and 52 seconds, slashing 40 seconds off his personal best.
The 32-year-old is the hot favourite to win marathon gold at the Tokyo Paralympics in August.
