Woman’s body found in furniture chest at apartment

The bodies of a man and a woman found dead in a possible murder-suicide on the Gold Coast are likely to have been inside the apartment for at least a week, police have revealed.
Queensland Police were called to the Sapphire apartment building in Labrador on Friday morning where they discovered the bodies of a 48-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man.
Police said the pair were known to each other.
