Woman jailed for fraudulent BMW sale appeals sentence

A former Queensland bank manager jailed for fraudulently selling a BMW to cover her financial problems has claimed she is unable to stay healthy while behind bars.
Pauline Mary Smith was jailed for three years for the fraudulent transaction that left the complainants with serious financial setbacks and fighting a civil suit with Toyota over debts owed for the car.
Judge John Coker ordered her sentence be suspended after serving nine months.
On Friday, Smith appealed her sentence.
