Travellers in hotel quarantine denied COVID-19 tests
A classical conductor says he was denied a COVID-19 test while in hotel quarantine in Queensland and was allowed to mingle with other guests with no social distancing while on “fresh air” breaks.
Dane Lam, the Principal Conductor for the Chinese Xi’an Symphony Orchestra said in tweets that while he was under quarantine at the Westin in Brisbane he wasn’t tested for coronavirus, and was released without being tested beforehand.
