Brisbane, Gold Coast, Gladstone on COVID-19 alert

Greater Brisbane residents have been released from lockdown, but more than 100 venues are on heightened alert after being visited by COVID-infected people.
At least 118 contact tracing alerts are active on Queensland Health’s website, ranging from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Gladstone, and Toowoomba.
Queensland chief health officer Dr Jeannette Young said on Thursday that 2742 contacts had already been identified, some of whom would remain in quarantine for 14 days.
