The Golden Slipper was postponed because of torrential rain in Sydney last weekend but the NSW capital turned on a glorious day for take two of the prestigious race.The track was upgraded to a soft 7 on Saturday morning as punters flocked to Rosehill to watch five Group 1 races — including the main event, which saw the winner walk away with $2 million in prizemoney.
Stay Inside, trained by Richard and Michael Freedman, was expertly ridden by jockey Tommy Berry and crossed the line first.
