Graham Leslie White charged over huge Lemon Springs waste dump

Accused toxic waste dumper Graham Leslie White is facing up to $34 million in fines for allegedly owning one of the largest illegal waste dumping operations in Victoria’s history.

The Environmental Protection Authority has laid 118 charges against Mr White over almost 9,000 cubic metres of chlorine, fumigation chemicals and flammable material allegedly found in underground containers on a property at Lemon Springs, near the South Australian border, in 2019.
