Nauru Airlines plane forced to land at Brisbane Airport after flames, sparks spat out engine
A plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Brisbane airport after passengers noticed flames and sparks spurting from the engine.The Nauru Airlines plane carrying 48 people experienced a compressor stall in one of its engines, causing it to choke and spit out flames.
The captain reportedly informed passengers there were no safety concerns before “following normal practice” and landing in the Queensland capital.
