Teenage boy, 14, charged with grievous bodily harm over Brisbane car park attack

A 14-year-old boy has been charged for allegedly assaulting a man with an “implement” outside a supermarket car park in Brisbane’s north.
The alleged attack happened outside a supermarket on Barrett Street, Bracken Ridge at about 9pm on Friday after an argument broke out.
A 62-year-old man and a woman, who is believed to be the boy’s mother, got into an argument at the car park, Queensland Police said.
The boy grabbed an “implement” from a car and allegedly assaulted the older man, a police spokeswoman said.
