Part of Adelaide’s CBD ground to a standstill this morning as National Crime Authority (NCA) bombing accused Domenic Perre was taken to sites he allegedly visited on the day of the bombing.
Key points:
- Domenic Perre is accused of killing Detective Sergeant Geoffrey Bowen in 1994
- His trial visited sites in Adelaide’s CBD where he allegedly was on the day
- The prosecution said he was “highly active” that day
A section of Franklin Street was closed to traffic and there was a heavy police presence as part of Mr Perre’s trial.
Mr Perre, 64, is standing trial in the South Australian Supreme Court for the murder of Detective Sergeant Geoffrey Bowen and attempted murder of lawyer Peter Wallis on March 2, 1994.
