Man killed when tree hits car at Mount Pleasant in the Adelaide Hills

A tree has fallen on a car in the Adelaide Hills, killing the driver who had been travelling on Torrens Valley Road at Mount Pleasant about 1:30pm.
Major Crash investigators are at the scene of the crash.
The 63-year-old man, from the Adelaide Hills, was the only person in the red Holden Commodore.
The Country Fire Service believes the crash caused a small grassfire nearby.
Torrens Valley Road remains closed in both directions while the tree is being cleared.
In November, a 59-year-old Crafers woman died after her car was hit by a branch in Stirling, also in the Adelaide Hills.
