Shoppers are taking to social media to brag about getting their hands on a limited-edition Aldi item and the internet (read: me) is officially very jealous. A “Hot Cross Bun Gin Liqueur” recently hit the German supermarket’s shelves to celebrate Easter 2021 – but as people have quickly discovered, there are not many bottles around.
As a result, those who have found a bottle of the golden alcoholic drink that is infused with the famous spiced flavour, have taken to rubbing it in.
