Jules Sebastian has deleted a photo from her social media channels after being accused of editing the snap by followers.The mum-of-two shared an image of herself buttering four slices of bread in her kitchen alongside a plate of fruit, two empty plates and two mugs that appeared to be filled with milk on Instagram on Tuesday evening.
