David Warner showed his class by guiding NSW to victory in his first bat since January against India

David Warner said he could go 10 weeks without a bat and be ready for anything and the Aussie star proved that by taking down South Australia in his first innings since January.The Test opener hadn’t played since the final clash against India and needed a cortisone injection to keep niggling groin pain at bay.
But he showed little signs of being hampered, belting 87 off 74 balls as his NSW side comfortably beat the home team in a one-day game at the Adelaide Oval on Thursday.
