A Perth couple face leaving their young kids without parents after they were both diagnosed with terminal cancer.Adam Graveley, 38, and wife Caitlin, 39, have a two-year-old daughter, Thea, and recently welcomed little Fearn four-months-ago.
But the pair – who met when British-born Adam was travelling around Australia – are faced with the prospect of leaving their children without a mum and dad.
