According to a note out of Citi, its analysts have retained their sell rating and cut the price target on this infant formula company’s shares to $7.15. The broker made the move following the release of a2 Milk Company’s disappointing half year results. Citi has reduced its estimates materially over the coming years to reflect the demand issues it is facing in the daigou channel and margin pressures across the business.
