Bannister Law announces class action against Hyundai over recall of Tuscon models

Hyundai is facing a class action following the safety recall of thousands of its popular Tuscon models.Bannister Law announced on Thursday it would investigate a potential claim against the popular car brand after it recalled 93,000 vehicles sold in Australia between November 2014 and November 2020.
Hyundai last week recalled the medium-sized SUV model due to the risk of an engine compartment fire, even when the vehicle is turned off, as the circuit is constantly powered.
