The satellite broadband service requires a $799 piece of hardware to be installed by the user.

New Zealanders are now able to pre-order and see prices for Elon Musks satellite broadband service Starlink.
The SpaceX project plans to create a Starlink constellation of 12,000 satellites orbiting Earth to bring improved broadband internet access to large swathes of the worlds population.
There have been more than 20 Starlink launches to date, sending up to 60 new satellites into space at a time.
