Alleged bikie charged with double murder over deaths of Shane Ross and Cameron Smith on the Gold Coast

A man with alleged bikie links has been charged over the murders of two men on Queensland’s Gold Coast in 2019, Queensland police say.
Garry James Brush, 32, is the third man to be charged over the deaths of former Comancheros bikie Shane Ross, 36, and his business partner Cameron Smith, 47, at Tallebudgera in October 2019.
Mr Brush is facing two counts of murder with a “serious organised crime” circumstance of aggravation, and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
Mr Ross’s body was discovered in bushland at Martin Shiel Park at Tallebudgera on October 21, 2019, about a kilometre from where Mr Martin was found dead inside his car that had crashed into a tree.
Both had suffered gunshot wounds.
