Sawmill company fronts Charleville Magistrates Court on 10 counts of stealing from a state forest

Three employees and the southwest Queensland sawmilling company they worked for have been hit with fines totalling $17,500 after they pleaded guilty to 10 counts of stealing trees from a state forest.

The men appeared in the Charleville Magistrates Court earlier this year, pleading guilty to stealing state-owned timber worth about $12,000 between December 2018 and August 2019.
