Murgon police investigate death of seven-month-old baby girl

Police have launched an investigation into the “sudden” death of a seven-month-old baby girl in a rural Queensland town.
Emergency crews were called to a home in Murgon on February 5 where a resident at the property had performed CPR on the infant.
The girl was taken to the local hospital by ambulance where she died a short time later.
“There is no further information available, at this time,” Queensland Police said in a statement.
