Brisbane roads choked with ‘alarming’ congestion worse than pre-COVID as commuters reluctant to return to public transport
Congestion on Brisbane’s roads is now worse than pre-COVID levels, largely due to the impact of coronavirus restrictions and the reluctance of commuters to return to the state’s public transport network, Queensland’s peak motoring body says.
