Joe Biden says there’s ‘no need’ for ‘erratic’ Donald Trump to receive US intelligence briefings

US President Joe Biden says the “erratic behaviour” of his predecessor Donald Trump means he should not continue to receive intelligence briefings now that he has left the White House.

Mr Biden, who defeated Mr Trump in last November’s election, added that he was concerned that his former rival “might slip up and say something” to jeopardise national security.
