Darwin mass shooter Benjamin Hoffman’s lawyers still deciding on mental impairment defence

The NT Supreme Court has heard it is still unclear if the man charged over a mass shooting in Darwin in 2019 will mount a defence of mental impairment less than two months out from the beginning of his murder trial.
