Australian sharemarket snaps three-day winning streak, losers include healthcare, travel

The Australian sharemarket snapped its three-day winning streak, with gold stocks among the losers after the price of the precious metal eased.The benchmark S&P/ASX200 index finished 0.87 per cent lower at 6765.5 while the All Ordinaries Index fell 0.75 per cent to 7037.9.
Australia’s biggest gold miner, Newcrest, dipped 2.2 per cent to $24.85, Ramelius Resources gave up 5.54 per cent to $1.45 and Perseus Mining retreated 4.84 per cent to $1.18.
