UK online fashion retailer ASOS buys Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge with retail collapse

Popular British online fashion retailer ASOS has made a £295 million ($A529 million) move with the purchase of Topshop and its sister brands including Topman and Miss Selfridge.The deal announced on Monday includes £265 million ($A475 million) for the sale of the brands and £30 million ($A54 million) for back-ordered stock.
