Lewis Hamilton is unemployed after Mercedes contract ‘curveball’

Mercedes boss Toto Wolff has lifted the lid on Lewis Hamiltons ongoing contract saga saying curveballs have been thrown at the lawyers.Hamilton is currently unemployed and out of contract after allowing his Merc deal wind down before it expired on December 31st, The Sun reports.
The 36-year-old had maintained that his intention was always to re-sign for the team, expected to be a two-year contract worth up to $70million (£40m) a year.
