Vaccine just one part of NSW coronavirus strategy, Premier Gladys Berejiklian says
New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian warns the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine will be “complicated and difficult” with “mixed results”.

- Ms Berejiklian said she would “definitely” line up for the vaccine once it is approved
- She said the shutdown early last year was a tough decision but she was glad she made it
- She called for a clearer division of powers between federal and state goverments in light of the pandemic response
Ms Berejiklian spoke to the ABC one year on from the state’s first recorded case of coronavirus.
She remains “confident” in her management of COVID-19, but now a vaccine is imminent she concedes: “We don’t have all of the answers and I think it’s important to fess up to that now.”
