An inquiry into Australia Post has found more potential credit card purchases inconsistent with public expectations, but says there was no fraud linked to the gifting of luxury watches.Former chief executive Christine Holgate quit after admitting to a Senate estimates hearing in October that she gave Cartier watches worth almost $20,000 as gifts to four employees in November 2018 after a bank deal was struck.
