Family matter keeps Israel Folau in Australia, not rugby union move
Catalans Dragons have shot down rumours Israel Folau is considering a return to rugby union, insisting they expect the former Wallaby to honour his contract for the 2021 season.Folau is yet to report for training in France, prompting speculation he was set to pull out of a deal that he extended last year.
The 31-year-old returned to Australia with his wife, Maria, and newborn baby at the end of last season and is currently dealing with a family matter.
