That means he faces an impeachment trial to determine whether or not the outgoing President will be convicted of inciting an insurrection.
But when will that start, how long will it take and will it look different this time compared to the last?
And if the Democrats have the majority in the Senate, does that give them the power to convict him?

Technically, the Senate is out until January 19, the day before Joe Biden’s inauguration.
