Tasmanian rapist and murderer Jamie John Curtis has been granted parole
A man who raped a tortured a young couple for 12 hours is being released from jail despite breaching his parole conditions within weeks the last time.

Jamie John Curtis will be the first parolee in Tasmania to have to wear an electronic monitoring anklet as part of this parole conditions.
Now aged in his 60s, Curtis will spend the rest of his days on parole.
