Studio 10 co-host Tristan MacManus was on the verge of tears as he recalled a dark period of his life where he hated myself.The former Dancing With The Stars judge, 38, made headlines over the weekend when he told The Daily Telegraph that he has suffered two heart attacks, one in his 20s and one just after his 36th birthday.
