Wynnum murder investigation: Police appeal to public
The discovery of a male body in a house in Brisbane’s east has triggered a murder investigation, with police calling for public assistance to help solve the crime.
The body was found in a residence in Ronald St, Wynnum, about 15km east of the CBD, around 12pm on Wednesday.
The deceased was aged in his 40s and lived alone, said Detective Inspector Steve Hollands in a press conference on Wednesday afternoon.
He said there were “no persons of interest” and that the man died sometime between 1am and midday.
