Queensland chalks up 100 days of no coronavirus community transmission in bittersweet milestone

Queensland has recorded 100 consecutive days with no community transmission in a feat that seemed almost impossible at the height of the state’s coronavirus cases.

Ahead of the milestone, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said the achievement was the result of extraordinary work by the general public.
