WA to lift coronavirus quarantine restrictions on SA travellers on Christmas Day in border reprieve
West Australians can look forward to a Christmas Day reunion with relatives and friends from South Australia after the WA Premier confirmed the resumption of quarantine-free travel.

Mark McGowan said the border to South Australia would reopen at 12.01am on Christmas morning, removing the requirement for travellers to spend 14 days in mandatory quarantine.
The SA border was shut down just days after it reopened to WA in November, because of an Adelaide COVID-19 cluster.
