Luna Matenga fighting for life after hit by car in Ormeau
A Queensland family is asking for prayers this Christmas as their little girl fights for life after she was struck by a car.
Luna Matenga was hit at Ormeau on the Gold Coast on Sunday while crossing Goldmine Road.
Police say it is believed the three-year-old crossed the road in between two parked vehicles and was hit by a Toyota Corolla travelling northbound.
She was rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital where she remains in the Intensive Care Unit.
