Search resumes for missing swimmer at Surfers Paradise
The search for a missing 25-year-old Brisbane man who went missing during a late-night swim at the Gold Coast on Saturday night will resume on Monday morning.
A multi-agency response was preparing to head out at first light to try and locate the man, who was one of four people who decided to take a dip at Surfers Paradise at about 2.30am, according to authorities.
It’s believed the group were attending a work Christmas party and headed to the beach afterwards to celebrate.
