Coroner says aged care home and ambulance have resolved issues since death of Barbara Francis

The coroner running an inquest into the death of a Darwin grandmother at an aged care home says she is satisfied both St John Ambulance and the home have taken adequate steps to ensure the safety of patients.

The inquest was told of repeated failures by both organisations in the hours and days leading up to the 2018 death of Barbara Francis.
