Dozens of Chinese workers have been locked out of a Warrnambool slaughterhouse as tensions rise with management
Following the altercation, 150 Chinese employees walked off the job and were subsequently locked out, but the company insisted on Thursday evening that almost all the workers would return to the job on Friday.
This week the Warrnambool Standard aired claims from the Chinese workers that they had been subjected to bullying and racism, claims which have been disputed by Midfield Group management.
