Australias most expensive suburbs have been revealed, and Sydneys exclusive east dominates the list of multi-million-dollar postcodes.CoreLogic‘s Best of the Best 2020 Report has revealed the nation’s highest median housing values, with the harbourside Darling Point leading the way at $7.06m.
In simple terms, that means 50 per cent of the houses in Darling Point are above $7.06m.
Darling Point is followed by Bellevue Hill ($5.72m), Vaucluse ($5.39m), Double Bay ($4.76m) and Woolwich ($4.2m).
