Logan Motorway: Man shot at Drewvale
An allegedly armed man has been shot by police on a busy Brisbane motorway on Thursday morning.
Police were responding to reports of a traffic hazard on the Logan Motorway at Drewvale when they were confronted by an allegedly armed man, believed to have been on foot.
A police spokesman confirmed the man was shot shortly after 6am.
“After responding to a call of a traffic hazard … police were allegedly confronted with an armed man,” the spokesman said.
