Doig medallist Luke Ryan and top-10 draft pick Liam Henry are setting the early pace for Fremantle on the training track, according to coach Justin Longmuir.
Victorian product Ryan remained in Perth following the season due to border rules, joining the younger players after earning All-Australian selection for the first time.
A stronger-looking Henry, 19, is aiming to lay the foundation for a breakout second season after having limited impact in three senior appearances last season.
