238,000 want to come into Qld but Victorians will not be allowed from Friday

More than 238,000 people have filled out declaration forms to come to Queensland on Friday but Victorians will not be allowed – not even into quarantine.
Many of the applications are Queenslanders returning home. And those who have been in Victoria in the past 14 days will face mandatory quarantine at their own expense.
