A photo with a fan and a taxi home have put the heat on Brisbane captain Chris Lynn who has apologised for an error of judgment which could lead to a penalty for a biosecurity breach. Lynn and teammate Dan Lawrence are co-operating with a Cricket Australia investigation into the “close contact event” that took place over the weekend in Canberra.
The Heat skipper said his actions, a photo while he was out to dinner then catching a taxi home, seemed “low risk” but conceded it was a breach of the rules.
